About Me

me in cambodiaWhat can I say? I have a sweet tooth! Is that so wrong? Everyday I hear that this is bad for you, that is bad for you; but how can something so delicious be so bad. In a world where we all have our differences, we still seem to enjoy indulging ourselves in our favorite little guilty pleasures. Join me as I set out to discover the world of all things sweet and the people who love them.

I am a travelling Pastry Chef and graduate of the French Culinary Institute’s Classic Pastry Arts program and have worked in the kitchens of Jacques Torres Chocolate, Francois Payard Bakery and Le Bernardin in New York City.

  1. I can relate! I fell in love with the art of “pâtisserie” when I moved to Paris. I wish I knew more people to bake for. It is definitely not something I thought I would enjoy and love so much. I am guessing you will have a stop in Paris at some point?

Anywho, all the best to you in your baking adventures.

    Cheers,

    Stéphanie

    • Thank you for the well wishes. As a lover of all things pastry how can I not visit Paris? I am very much looking forward to eating my way through the city later in the spring 🙂
