What can I say? I have a sweet tooth! Is that so wrong? Everyday I hear that this is bad for you, that is bad for you; but how can something so delicious be so bad. In a world where we all have our differences, we still seem to enjoy indulging ourselves in our favorite little guilty pleasures. Join me as I set out to discover the world of all things sweet and the people who love them.
I am a travelling Pastry Chef and graduate of the French Culinary Institute’s Classic Pastry Arts program and have worked in the kitchens of Jacques Torres Chocolate, Francois Payard Bakery and Le Bernardin in New York City.
